About the CRD Online Course Referral Program
CRD Online Course Providers are able to provide quality, on-demand education as well as earn revenue by promoting the National Association of REALTORS®' official designations, certification and microlearning courses. These courses are delivered through the Center for REALTOR® Development, NAR's home for exceptional education.

No, the CRD Online Course Referral Program is free to join.
No, you do not need to meet any quotas or performance tiers before you earn royalties.
All online courses that are available for purchase on learning.realtor qualify that have a dollar amount associated with it. Some courses on learning.realtor are free or link to other affiliate sites and do not qualify.
No, you can choose which course links you feature on your website.
You can feature the links on your website or in communications to your members/students (e.g. an email newsletter).
You will be given links that include an ID specific to you as a participant. This ID enables any purchase made through your links to be tracked and attributed to your particpant account.
You will be paid on a quarterly basis, via wire payment.
A participant is eligible at CRD’s sole discretion for participation in the network if the participant’s course of business is engaged in or connected with the furtherance of professional development for professionals engaged in the business of real estate. Applications may be rejected or a participants’s status may be revoked at any time if determined, in CRD’s sole discretion, that the participant’s web site, or services offered to the general public, are unsuitable for participation in the program.
Yes, you can register multiple sites as Online Course Referral particpants, so long as they meet the requirements of the Program.
